Выполняю System Copy NW710 XI/PI (гетерогенное) с целью получения тестовой системы.
Win2003 Enterprise SP2 x64 , Oracle 10.2.0.4

Зависло на стадии Import ABAP.

Посмотрите ноту Note 370819 - ORA-439: Feature not enabled: Partitioning там правда решение на 8-ку. Но указанный параметр можно проверить.

sapinst предоставляет response-файл для нужных опций при установке oracle
видимо устанавливали без него

на каком этапе?

DDL-statements я выгружал из source system на этапе экспорта.

Ок, с файлом все в порядке, только потом постинсталяционные шаги нужно обязательно сделать по Ораклу. После инсталляции патч накатывали?

Надеюсь Вы делаете скриншоты всех действий. Меня интересует как вы инсталлировали Оракл? В пункте Available Product Compononents" там должна быть отмечена галочкой только опция "partitioning"

Если что, то можно не сносить всё, а запустить инсталлятор, Выбрать режим Custom и удалить (проинсталировать) нужные компоненты, потом накрыть патчем (в случае инсталяции).
