Key Responsibilities:

· Working in distributed team environment on Moscow and Switzerland-based project
· Should be able to monitor & inspect the deliverables of the development team and also guide development team members during the performance of development tasks
· Experienced in the following technical areas:

o Core ABAP Programming skills (e.g. Data dictionary, Report programming, Module Pool programming, ALVs etc.)
o ABAP Objects
o Enhancement Techniques (User-Exits, Customer Exits, BTE, BAdIs, Enhancement Framework)
o Performance Tuning
o BAPIs, RFCs, Database Updates
o SmartForms
o Batch Data Communication (BDC)

Qualifications, experience and skills requirements:

· 7+ years of experience in SAP ABAP application development with good overview of SAP functional areas (e.g. Logistics, Finance etc.)
· 2+ years of experience in leadership of development teams
· Experience with development for SD, FI, PS modules is very preferable
· Good communication skills
· Fluent in English
