All these employees will be a Russian Sustain team closely connected with Sustain team in Barcelona.

Core responsibilities:

Responsible for the delivery of the processes as part of moving from a local IT support team to a process driven regional delivery model;

* Before go-live project:

Take part in preparation processes before the system go-live, which requires intensive travel within Russia:
- prepare end user training materials;
- conduct end-user training as trainers,
- prepare and participate in UAT (User Acceptance Test).



* After go-live project:

- support broad functional areas of the business as IT specialist;
- participate in interactions between market key users and business process owners, the EST core team in Barcelona, the European Functional Leads and Experts, COE functional teams, outsourced Global Delivery team;
- responsible for delivering the different areas of the divisional operating model, from incident resolution to enhancements and projects.


Requirements:
* Deep technical and functional knowledge of MM, PP, PM modules or SD module or FI/CO or BI or APO (APO, SNP, DP modules) or BW module and broad knowledge of the integration points between them;
* 2-3 years of SAP support experience with a multinational company, preferably global environment;
* Experience in working with off-shore teams;
* Good overview of the given end-to-end business process including PIRT (PepsiCo global template) and market/country variations;
* Goad understanding of the ITIL procedures and principles;
* Good comfort level of the working environment;
* Tools (ARIS, Solman, HP OVSD, HPQC);
* Processes (PLM, ITOM);
* Ability and willingness to travel;
* Good command in English - both written and oral.
