Description: Plans, directs, and manages the analysis, design and implementation of global applications for these areas to ensure the corresponding business functions can meet their established objectives in a timely manner. Including proactively investigating and bringing forward new SAP functionality to the business

W29; Initiates, develops and forges a strong business partnership with business customers. He/she aligns on their priorities and delivers upon the agreed and approved business initiatives

W29; Works in concert with headquarters management and field management (markets and factories) in the aforementioned areas to ensure delivered global applications and accompanying business processes support the companyR17;s strategic direction/mission/objectives and local operating requirements

W29; Acts as integration lead on all cross functional requests liaising with other divisions

W29; Maintains the integrity and ensures full compliance with One Change Management process

Requirements: University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Professional Accreditation

5 + years of financial management experience

Good understanding of Company's financial business processes and functions

Adhere to internal Global Service Desk (GSD) schedule. Comply with hub operation time

Answer and register all incoming telephone/mail support requests on SAP services

Resolve as many of the received support requests as possible within the limitations of his/her access rights and time constraints

Monitor the progress of owned incidents from registering to closure and keep customers aware of its progress within time commitments. Proactively and regularly follow up on the issues owned

Требования к кандидату :

University Degree

Fluent English is a must, other languages also desirable

1+ year working experience with SAP (for Analyst),2+ (for Mentor),3+ (for Expert) , preferably in the areas of application support and customer service

Basic knowledge of business and production systems

Knowledge of MS Office software

Customer support working experience
