*& The user can specify the time period that will be used by giving    *
*& the two parameter duration and unit.                                *
*& duration is the number of units which define the timeperiod for     *
*& archiving
*& The known time units in the system are given in table t006          *
*& where all entries with the field dimid = TIME specify a time period *
*& The description of this unit is given in table t006a.               *
*& On the selection screen we supply a F4-help for the field unit      *
*& Duration is just a number.                                          *
*& The other select-options specify the control records of the IDocs   *
*& which are to be archived.
*& We refrain here from using the docnum as a select-option, because
*& this is a purely technical number, which has no meaning for an
*& administrator of archives.
