IS&T – Applications Lead Russia & CIS

GENERAL:

- The primary function of this role is to ensure that requirements that Russian business sets for key application services support (SAP incident management, SAP change management) are met. This requires the incumbent to work closely with the business and service partners (internal and external) to ensure quality of support service
- Important objective of the role is to make sure that Russian distribution company maintains knowledge and tools on key processes and systems. This assumes coordination internal support organization (SAP key users), managing training and process documentation
- This role also carries responsibility for delivering business outcomes for tactical application projects and system changes


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Working closely with functional process owners and key users (primarily in Supply Chain and Accounting) identify areas requiring improvement and initiate and lead the improvement of existing systems and processes
- Act as a focal point for business functions to bring their change requirements. Ensure that business requirement are captured and progressed. Participate in functional meetings to communicate important messages, report service improvement progress and gather feedback and requirements
- Using availability data from various tools analyse and report support service levels for key application services. Prepare and implement action plans based on performed analysis
- Work closely with service partners and key business users to track open priority issues and ensure prompt resolution by following up required parties (business users and service partners), escalating and communicating progress to stakeholders
- Manage and support application improvement projects in collaboration with MH Europe application teams
- Support and develop local key user community – arrange meetings, build communication
- Ensure knowledge management tools – process and system documentation is created and updated

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

- University level of education
- 3+ years of relevant experience – Application support, consulting
- 2+ year of SAP R/3 (SD/MM preferred)
- Basic ABAP (reading code)
- ITIL knowledge at foundation level
- Fluent English
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
