An international FMCG company is looking for a Program Delivery Director (SAP)

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Leads common/sector solution delivery portfolio across multiple projects and functions to drive the SAP enabled transformation within Eastern Europe Region in line with Sector roadmap/strategy
- Drives timely reporting of Project status to stakeholders and execution within Capex (costs & benefits)
- Attends Easter Europe Regional Leadership meetings and supports AOP portfolio decision making for Sector/Common solutions
- Drives periodic portfolio and program reporting and analysis for business and IT leadership in line with Pepsico standard practices
- Drive effective day to day relationship with relevant strategic/sector vendors for Easter Europe Region
- Supports Regional solution roadmaps and application retirement roadmaps
- Serves as an advocate for best practices within the BIS organization
- Builds a high performance team through hiring, training, developing, evaluating, and coaching resources - supports BIS capability build up
for the region.
- Complies with IT controls (e.g. business continuity, disaster recovery, SOX, risk management, CMMI, ITIL, corporate audit, etc.)
- Collaborates across BIS teams to ensure effective and sustainable end-to-end solution delivery

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

- Bachelor's degree required. MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Multiple end-to-end SAP implementations experience in a leadership role within FMCG a must - (5+)
- Experience leading and executing transformation projects; strong preference for experience in IT-enabled projects
- Functional expertise in Commercial or/and Supply Chain areas will be a plus
- Experience working in international environments and with high levels of cultural diversity
- Proven experience and capability in Change Leadership and change impact management within Business and IT organization
- Proven management/leadership skills with the ability to develop teams and cultivate talent
- Hands-on and persuasive leader with strong oral and written communication skills
- English and Russian language required
- Demonstrable ability to understand strategic and "big picture" view while also being able and willing to dig in to help tactically execute, as needed
- Demonstrable ability to set priorities in addition to making trade-offs when necessary in order to positively impacts the business case and/or success of the program
- Ability to identify project and program issues and drive resolution
- High degree of initiative, self-motivation, and creativity with proven ability to lead a team or peers and act independently
- Proven experience and capability in Change Leadership and change impact management within Business and IT organization preferred
