Our client, one of the leading industrial company and a specialist in manufacturing and marketing building materials, is currently looking for

First Line Business Analyst SAP R/3 PP/PM modules
(focus on factory support)


Job Content:

- Define business improvement projects based on feedback gathered in the operational companies.
- Implement new business processes and/or EUSAP landscape changes (in the local companies) by writing and communicating new procedures, by assisting the competence centre in checking and testing new features and by adequately training base line users.
- Support local processes and assist baseline users in troubleshooting.
- Assist the competence centre in new roll-outs
- A constant requirement to find the best fit and best balance between the business cases and the template SAP solution
- Constant communication between stakeholders of the business and the template business owner;
- Able to keep the broad scope, all the way from editing high end analytical reports to practical user training sessions, demanding personal interaction and attention for quality


Requirements:

-The person would be already involved during a roll-out project.
- Expert knowledge of SAP modules (R3 – PP/PM, Production Planning/Plant Maintenance and/or related business processes from at least two years.
- Graduate level (BA)
- Fluency in English (+ Russian of course)
- Prepared to travel regularly and often on short notice within the network of EBM companies, in Europe
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite
- Strong analytical skills
- Initiative and entrepreneurial skills are required to find and implement the best solutions to business problems.
- Team player, but able to work autonomously


Conditions:

- Fix salary + benefits. Salaries will vary depending on experience, but we can talk of 100 000 NET RUB for a start
