SAP HCM SENIOR SUPPORT SPECIALIST

The employer

The role will include
Providing day-to-day 2nd line support to the SAP HCM (ECC 6.0) across 9 CIS countries, mainly in PA, PD and Payroll areas
Taking an active part in determining future developments of the SAP HCM system
Managing and participating to projects for new SAP HCM functionalities implementation.
Involvement in integration projects between SAP HCM and surrounding systems.
Managing SAP HCM interfaces with surrounding business systems
HCM administration, configuration and testing as per business requirements.
Business processes analysis with documenting of functional specifications and changes in system configuration
Collaboration with Deloitte UK SAP teams
Supervising junior SAP HCM support team members.


The successful candidate should have the following experience / qualifications :

At least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementation (holding a HCM orientated configuration role)
At least 2 years of experience with SAP HCM module and it’s interaction with other modules
Hands-on skills in all aspects of the support of the SAP HCM Module (especially PA, PD, Payroll)
Good understanding of Business Processes served by SAP HCM
Good knowledge of Russian Payroll


Desired skills :

Experience of Production Application Support (2nd line) in blue-chip companies
Exposure to NetWeaver 2004s portal technology, ECC 6.0 and BW reporting functionality
Experience in business requirements gathering and documenting, BluePrint documentation
ABAP basics
Experience with an increased functionality through the use of user Exits
SAP Certified HCM Consultant
Industry knowledge of Professional Services or Partnership organizations


Personal Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Economics, or equivalent education
Good command of written \ verbal Russian and English
Ability to work in a team, as well as individually and handle competing priorities.


Supporting information :

Direct reporting to: SAP support manager CIS
Location: Central Moscow
Department: IT
Very competitive Compensation package and Career opportunities
Some international travel may be required: 10%-20% time.
Standard office hours are 8 hours per day, however a degree of flexibility is expected in order to meet Project deadlines and support requirements
Qualified individuals are likely to be currently working in the SAP support team of a blue-chip organization, or in a consulting role looking for a change of lifestyle with less travel and more predictable working hours

SAP SUPPORT SPECIALIST (BASIS)

SAP system monitoring and administration (NetWeaver 2004s – Portal, ECC, BI)
Managing SAP system landscape and transport requests
Administration of SQL SERVER 2005 database
Installing SAP enhancement packages
Monitoring background processing
SAP security and user administration
Managing and participating in projects for new SAP functionalities implementation
Involvement in integration projects between SAP and surrounding business systems
Technical support for a centrally located SAP landscape across 9 CIS countries
Technical support for SAP interfaces with surrounding business systems
Work with Deloitte UK teams on SAP related matters


The successful candidate should have the following experience / qualifications :

SAP R/3 BASIS on SQL Server – minimum version ECC 6.0
SAP BI BASIS on SQL Server – minimum version 7.0
SAP Enterprise portal – minimum version 7.0
Authorizations / Security
Patching
Performance monitoring
Strong knowledge of IT systems support, issue resolution and change management


Desired skills:

NetWeaver 2004s
ABAP and/or Web-Dynpro basics
Solution Manager
Content server, Archiving


Personal Qualifications :
