SAP HCM Senior Consultant

Your key accountabilities include:
- Business processes analysis and SAP HR functionality mapping
- Business processes design
- SAP HCM configuration (particularly in the areas of Org. Management and Payroll)
- Functional specification of SAP HCM ABAP developments
- System testing
- Data migration, design of interfaces
- Compilation of relevant project documentation (conceptual design, configuration manuals, test scripts, user manuals)
- Key and End-user training
- Team leading abilities

Scope and Deliverables include:
- System Blueprint documentation
- Configuration of SAP environment
- Development of system test scripts and scenarios
- Cut-over planning for SAP HCM related acivities

To be successful in this position you will be an experienced SAP HCM functional consultant preferably with SAP ECC 6.0 knowledge in the areas of PA, PD and Russian Payroll.
Excellent communication and business relationship building skills are a must.
A creative but structured individual who is highly adaptable and forward thinking would be perfect. Modern ideas combined with a youthful outlook on life is paramount. The successful candidate will need to be innovative but still maintain a strong delivery focus with outstanding project management rigour.

- Well rounded business expertise and sound commercial acumen
- Multi-country training project experience
- Strong team leading background, ideally within an IT and business transformation environment
- Fluent Russian and English
