Data Migration Team Leader (SAP R/3)

One of the leading International companies, providing IT and business process outsourcing services, business consultancy, telecoms solutions and system integration services, is seeking a Data Migration Team Leader (SAP).


Team Leader of Data Migration will be resposnible for the following:


* Plan and implement data conversion activities to ensure migration from various legacy applications (MS Access, MS SQL-based applications) to SAP R/3 platform (Master & Transactional data)
* Collect Master Data not presented in current legacy system for SAP R/3 initiation
* Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities of a team of 4 subordinates (3 Local Data Managers + programmer)
* Manage network of business users of over 50 people
* Provide expertise to business users and compensate lack of R/3 knowledge in the team
* Be accountable for the on time delivery and successful execution of data migration/conversion



Candidate Requirements:

* Excellent general knowledge of SAP R/3
* SAP R/3 consulting experience or Team Leader in SAP R/3 implementation/data migration projects
* Experience in Master Data and data migration activities
* Experience & knowledge of all stages of typical data migration projects from legacy apps to SAP
* A strong understanding of project management concepts (work planning, deliverables, communication, control, reporting)
* Experience in dealing with employees and management at all levels
* Strong managerial skills
* Solid Planning & Control skills
* Technical knowledge (Management of MSAccess-SQL development)
* Very good level English essential
