Product manager, SAP FI

Leading western software Company requires Product Manager, SAP FI.

Responsibilities:

* Development and localization of Company's products
* To develop methods of its' realization using standard assets (business
cases, DRQ) and in case of need:

* To formulate tasks to develop additional solutions
* To manage, coordinate localization projects using SAP and third parties
resources
* To develop needed methodic materials
* To organize and participate in testing and pilot implementation of
new solutions
* To participate in clients' problem analysis process
* To ensure marketing support to all new solutions

Requirements:

* Higher economic and technical education
* Good knowledge of SAP Russian Add-On, FI 4.6, 4.7
* Knowledge of economics, Russian accounting standards, tax policy; practical
experience in mentioned topics;
* Experience in working with ERP-systems
* Experience in working with SAP (as consultant)
* Good command of English
* Ability to work in team as well as individually
* Stress-resistance
* Analytical way of thinking, good communication skills, responsibility

Responsibilities:

* In the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer
implementation projects
* Industry and process-oriented consulting with external and internal
customers
* Performance of feasibility studies/project reviews
* Support pre-sales activities
* Taking over responsibility from time to time as sub project team leader
* Lecturing in SAP Education Center


Requirements:

* High technical or economic education
* Project experience implementing mySAP ERP HCM
* Experience in studying, analyzing client's business processes
* Knowledge of Russian Labor Code and Tax/Pension legislation
* Knowledge of modern HR Technologies
* Good knowledge of English
* Excellent presentation skills
* Strong leadership
* Analytical way of thinking, good communication skills, responsibility
* An active team player with strong communication and relationships-building
skills, capable and willing to take responsibilities
* Results-oriented and have a high potential for growth
* Readiness to business trips
