Consultants

As a member of Delivery Center, you will get a chance to participate in different projects of SAP implementation in Russia and other CIS countries. You will be responsible for materials management and sales & distribution processes implementation including materials requirements planning, vendor selection, contracting, purchase order generation, materials and invoices receiving and sales processes such as credit management, client order creation, outbound delivery processing and billing.

You will be communicating with client’s key users and business employees, gathering requirements, transferring your process and SAP related knowledge to them and conducting training sessions to allow them to work in the system after Go-live.

Requirements for all positions:

• Native Russian, written and oral English (upper-intermediate +)
• Ability to write technical documentation in English
• Ability to conduct training sessions to the client’s personnel
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Open to work in an international environment
• Willingness to travel over Russia/CIS
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

MM/SD Consultant

Required:

• 3 years’ experience of SAP ERP implementation
• In-depth understanding of SAP MM/SD processes covering the following areas with focus on MM:

o Knowledge of standard functionalities
o Fit/Gap workshops preparation and conduction
o Blueprint documents preparation (PDDs, MDDs)
o Functional specification preparation
o Configuration of standard processes
o Functional testing of standard processes and developments
o Integration testing
o Incidents resolution and end users support
o End and key users training preparation and conduction
o Master data structures and data migration activities support using LSWM tool

Preferred:

Ambitions and aiming to extend professional expertise and personal education will be highly valued, as well as:

• Knowledge and experience of inter-company processes in SAP
• Implementation experience of interfaces with external systems (vendor’s or client’s systems, Customs systems, 3PL warehousing systems etc.)
• Great interest in seeking knowledge within new technologies like SAP for HANA



PP Consultant

Required:

• Minimum 3 years experience of full life cycle SAP ERP implementation
• In-depth understanding of SAP PP processes covering the following areas:

o Knowledge of standard functionalities
o Fit/Gap workshops preparation and conduction
o Blueprint documents preparation (PDDs, MDDs)
o Functional specification preparation
o Configuration of standard processes
o Functional testing of standard processes and developments
o Integration testing
o Incidents resolution and end users support
o End and key users training preparation and conduction
o Master data structures and data migration activities support using LSWM tool

Preferred:

Ambitions and aiming to extend professional expertise and personal education will be highly valued, as well as:

• Knowledge and experience of SAP MII, SAP ME for manufacturing execution process
• Implementation experience of interfaces with MES systems
• Great interest in seeking knowledge within new technologies like SAP for HANA

Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Managing Consultant (MM/SRM)

As a member of Delivery Centre, PTP (Procure to Pay) Managing Consultant will get a chance to participate in different SAP implementation projects in Russia, CIS and worldwide. The consultant will lead the team of consultants and coordinate with other teams for successful delivery of integrated solutions. The Consultant will leverage project management skills to develop detailed task plan towards timely completion of project milestones. The consultant will manage client relationships, primarily with middle-management and will drive consensus on complex business solutions.

The candidate should have demonstrated the capability to analyze business and technical requirements; and develop sound solutions around SAP MM, SRM functionalities to address the requirements.

The consultant must possess subject matter expertise in Procure to Pay processes and have process specifics knowledge in Pharma industry. The candidate must have demonstrated experience in a SAP package solution implementation tools and methodologies.

Required
• 5 years’ proven experience of SAP ERP implementation as SAP MM functional consultant

The consultant will lead the team of consultants and coordinate with other teams for successful delivery of integrated solutions. The Consultant will leverage project management skills to develop detailed task plan towards timely completion of project milestones. The consultant will manage client relationships, primarily with middle-management and will drive consensus on complex business solutions.

The candidate should have demonstrated the capability to analyse business and technical requirements; develop and execute approach/strategy for Data migration.

The consultant must possess subject matter expertise in Data migration and maintenance processes and optionally have Data specifics knowledge in Pharma industry. The candidate must have demonstrated experience in a SAP solution implementation tools and methodologies.

Required:

• 5 years’ proven experience of SAP ERP implementation as Data migration team member
• 2 years’ proven experience as SAP Data migration team lead or SAP Project Manager
• 2 full cycle international projects in large or mid-size businesses
• 2 years’ proven SAP roll out experience with Western companies
