Senior Managing Consultant, SAP TM

As a GBS Consultant, you will deliver innovative business consulting, business process design, systems integration, and application design and management to leading commercial and public sector organizations in 17 industries worldwide.

Managing SAP consultant is responsible for successful delivery of SAP solutions and services in a client consulting environment, and is an experienced consultant in the area of SAP TM.

Additionally the Managing consultant will sell projects and oversee project implementation on management consulting side as well as IT solutions side. Project objectives relate to the following areas:

* applying SAP solutions to help clients offer better products and services and increase sales
* recognizing growth potential and offer the appropriate measures to create growth
* increasing overall marketing efficiency
* minimizing risk in different industries.

The Senior Managing Consultant works closely with the account partners to recognize selling opportunities and once the lead has been identified the Senior Consultant defines the approach and solution and orchestrates the team to close the deal. He/she will then gather the right skills and resources for the project and take the operative lead role in the project implementation. The Senior Management Consultant’s performance will be measured on contribution to sales, personal utilization percentage and revenue.

A potential candidate should have:

* 5-8 years experience, preferably a varied background from sales and marketing, management consulting and system integration.
* Management consulting competence: understanding of customer strategies, sales and marketing processes, customer insight concepts, customer value and segmentation models, multi-channel strategies, operative and analytical
* Strong written and oral communication skills to with the ability to communicate ideas and results to business executives in the marketing and sales organizations
* Excellent team working skills to contribute and boost motivation in project work
* Excellent networking skills within the organization as well as with clients and partners

Required:

• Master's Degree
• At least 5-year experience SAP products implementation
• 1 full-scale SAP TM implementation project
• At least upper-intermediate (preferably fluent) command of English

Job Role: Project Manager-SAP Integration

Responsibilities:

- Provides technical leadership for a project team delivering SAP solutions according to project charter or contract.
- Advises the client Project Manager (PM) and IBM (PM) on actions related to the management of scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.
- Assists clients in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP application packaged solution.
- Uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively lead the integration of packaged technology into the clients business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
- In coordination with the client project team and other IBM team members, leads the analysis of customer business requirements and application objectives, and the development of configuration design, functional and technical specifications to meet customer needs.
- Leads the solution build, data migration and conversion, integration, testing and go-live SAP solutions.
- Demonstrates leadership and is able to perform many tasks independently.
- Oversees complex program management process, methods and tools experience with large programs involving complex systems integration, custom development, with rapid or agile development and package integration

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 7 years experience in SAP projects implementation
• Deep knowledge of logistic business processes (MM or SD functional area)
• At least 2 projects in integration manager or project manager role
• At least 3 years experience in managing integration within SAP products or custom development projects
• English : Fluent

Preferred:

• Master's Degree
• Certified in Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Good knowledge of metallurgy or mining / ore processing



Job Role: Package Solution Consultant-SAP.SCM.MM (Logistics Architect)

Responsibilities:

- Provides technical leadership for a project team delivering SAP solutions according to project charter or contract.
- Advises the client Project Manager (PM) actions related to the management of scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.
- Assists clients in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP SCM application packaged solution.
- In coordination with the client project team and other IBM team members, leads the analysis of customer business requirements and application objectives, and the development of configuration design, functional and technical specifications to meet customer needs in logistic business processes.

The Consultant must have:

- Deep knowledge of SAP core-FI modules including FlexGL
- Good knowledge of Russian accounting requirements and economics
- Good knowledge of international accounting principals
