(Senior) Developer - Banking – CIS

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

- Globalization Services (GS) acts as ‘One Face to the Field Organization and SAP Customers’ for all globalization topics: internationalization, localization and translation.
- One of the major priorities is the localization development for the Banking solution, currently underway for the counties Argentina, Brazil and Russia. Involved developers are and will be located in Brazil, Russia, India and Germany.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

- We’re looking for an experienced senior developer or development architect joining our localization development team, especially for the Banking solution in Moscow.
- These projects are initiated by specific growth plans from corresponding countries.
- Pending on your qualification, you would assume the role of a developer within our agile development model or even be responsible for architecture definition and alignment, as well as coaching of developers and for alignment with core banking developers.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- Degree in computer or natural science or equivalent subject
- Excellent analytical and architectural skills
- Very good powers of comprehension, high quality commitment and self-motivating working style
- Ability to quickly acquire thorough understanding in new areas, especially in technologies
- Very good communication skills (fluent English, native Russian)
- Constructive and open style of communication
- Flexibility when dealing with other mentalities and cultures
- Willingness to travel


WORK EXPERIENCE

- 3 or more years programming experience in any language (SAP application development (ABAP / ABAP OO, UI, modelling and design will be an advantage)
- Ideally experience in SAP`s Banking Service solution
- Proven track of successful project/product performance regarding customer satisfaction, quality deliverables and in time delivery
