Project Manager of ERP SAP/R3 system implementation


Main areas of responsibility:

ž Oversee project execution
ž Ensure resources, either internal or external are secured to meet project demands
ž Ensure phases of projects are delivered according to approved budget and target dates
ž Ensure high level of quality in works are done (internal and external project teams)
ž Manage the project team
ž Develop strong customer relationships with the respective business area, manage planning and strategy input
ž Initiate or act as initial contact point for project proposals
ž Collaborate with the business lead to develop business cases for projects
ž Ensure key performance indicators of projects are located in green area (budget, quality and quantity measurements)
ž Organize trainings for users and ensure that support service are delivered in time and with high quality



KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

ž Good orientation on the Russia market of IT and business integration, including market of ERP/CRM systems and IT consulting
ž Fluent English
ž Good project management skills
ž Experience with SAP or at least other major ERP applications (Oracle, Microsoft)

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

The Project Manager must have the following

ž A university degree in IT or other relevant business discipline
ž Have an excellent command of English and Russian
ž Have a solid SAP and ERP process knowledge (SAP FI/CO, MM, SD)
ž Experience in realization at least two projects in system and business integrations area, including ERP/CRM systems projects, experience in SAP is desirable
ž At least 5 years experience in IT, ideally with experience working across geographies
ž Customer focused

The Project Manager would ideally possess the following

ž Be a team player, but also someone who can work on their own
ž Project management experience
ž Experience at managing a budget
ž Have a PMP - project management institute certificate
ž Experience in management distributed project team

В данный момент нашим клиентом является одна из компаний Big4 которая ищет кандидата на позицию старших консультантов, менеджеров (в зависимости от опыта) по SAP R/3 модули FI/CO;MM/SD;PP.

Из требований: в/о в области IT, бизнес управления, от 3-х лет в консалтинге, проектном управлении, опыт внедрения других систем, не менее 5 проектов по внедрению, опыт работы в финансовом секторе, готовность к командировкам, презентационные навыки на русском и английском языках.

Обязанности:

* Проектирование и внедрение систем SAP в зависимости от объема проектов.
* Ответственность за внедрение проектов в установленные сроки и в полном объеме.
* Координирование процесса внедрения и обсуждения всех деталей проекта, как с руководством компании клиента, так и с руководством своей компании.
* Внедрение в случае необходимости специальных функциональных средств SAP в зависимости от проекта.
* Привлечение новых клиентов по проектам SAP, а также управление продажами.
* Написание коммерческих предложений, включая описание всех деталей проекта и стоимость затраченных ресурсов.
